explicar los problemas que les afecta directa o indirectamente con base en datos, ideas, hechos, experiencias y propuestas relacionados con la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n abordada, lo que permite identificar las problem\u00e1ticas y las necesidades de los grupos del ISER<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"post-content__span\">En el ISER se evidencia de la siguiente
