marco de su compromiso con la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y el desarrollo productivo de la regi\u00f3n, el Instituto Superior de Educaci\u00f3n Rural \u2013 ISER recibi\u00f3 la visita de estudiantes de la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa Carlos Julio Torrado Pe\u00f1aranda, del municipio de \u00c1brego.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Durante la jornada, los j\u00f3venes recorrieron la Planta de Procesos Agroindustriales del ISER, donde conocieron de cerca las instalaciones, la tecnolog\u00eda y las buenas pr\u00e1cticas utilizadas en la transformaci\u00f3n de alimentos. Como parte de la experiencia, participaron en una pr\u00e1ctica de elaboraci\u00f3n de galletas, aplicando conocimientos b\u00e1sicos de procesamiento y manipulaci\u00f3n de productos alimenticios.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Este tipo de encuentros reafirma la importancia del acercamiento y la articulaci\u00f3n entre el ISER y las instituciones educativas de diferentes municipios del departamento, generando espacios de aprendizaje vivencial que fortalecen la vocaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y agroindustrial de los estudiantes.
