El Instituto Superior de Educaci\u00f3n Rural \u2013 ISER celebra la invitaci\u00f3n extendida al decano Fabi\u00e1n Arist\u00f3bulo Rico Su\u00e1rez, de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Sociales, para participar como ponente en el 13\u00ba Congreso Internacional REDLAT, bajo el lema \u201cDerecho a la Educaci\u00f3n Superior desde la Diversidad y Accesibilidad: Hacia el fortalecimiento de la Democracia desde las minor\u00edas y sus derechos\u201d.<\/div><\/div>
El evento, organizado por la Red Interuniversitaria Latinoamericana y del Caribe sobre Discapacidad y Derechos Humanos (REDLAT) y la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n (Paraguay), se llevar\u00e1 a cabo los d\u00edas 5 y 6 de noviembre de 2025, con la participaci\u00f3n de representantes acad\u00e9micos de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe.<\/div>

La ponencia del decano Rico Su\u00e1rez se enmarca en los ejes estrat\u00e9gicos del congreso:<\/div>

Pol\u00edticas universitarias de interculturalidad, diversidad y discapacidad en los pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n.<\/div><\/div>
Formaci\u00f3n docente universitaria para la interculturalidad, la diversidad y la discapacidad: realidades, tensiones, alcances, oportunidades y retos.<\/div><\/div>
Investigaci\u00f3n en Inteligencia Artificial, tecnolog\u00edas inclusivas y brechas digitales.<\/div><\/div>
Esta invitaci\u00f3n representa un reconocimiento al liderazgo acad\u00e9mico y al compromiso investigativo del ISER, enfocado en promover la educaci\u00f3n inclusiva, la equidad y la accesibilidad en los entornos rurales y universitarios.<\/div>
