Para la entrevista debe presentar su documento de identidad.
¿Puedo ir a la entrevista acompañado?
Sí. No hay problema en asistir acompañado, pero el acompañante no puede ingresar al salón donde se realizará la entrevista.
Es importante aclarar que la forma de vestir no es un criterio de evaluación de la entrevista, pero puede influir en la seguridad que usted pueda transmitir.
Deberá llegar 30 minutos antes de la hora indicada.
¿Si se me olvidó el edificio y salón de la entrevista qué puedo hacer?
Si por algún motivo se le olvidaron estos datos no debe preocuparse. El ingreso al Instituto estará personal de logística guiándolo hacia donde debe dirigirse.
¿Qué duración tiene la entrevista?
La duración promedio del proceso de entrevista varía de acuerdo a la facultad a la que se va a presentar, aquellas que no realizan pruebas tienen un tiempo mínimo de 30 minutos. Los aspirantes a las facultades que realizan pruebas adicionales a la entrevista deben disponer de un tiempo de 1 a 4 horas.
¿Quién realiza la entrevista?
La entrevista puede ser realizada por la directora de Bienestar Institucional.
¿Las entrevistas son grupales?
No, son individuales.
¿Cuándo publican los resultados de admisión?
Los resultados de admisión se publicarán según calendario academico, a través de nuestra página web www.iser.edu.co
¿Qué debo hacer si pasan más de 3 días y no recibo la orden de matrícula por correo certificado?
La orden de matrícula puede ser visualizada a través de la página web del instituto con el número de documento del aspirante.
¿Puedo pagar el valor de la matrícula sin la orden de matrícula?
El Banco sólo recibirá el pago con la orden de matrícula expedida por el ISER.
¿El valor de los derechos de inscripción es reembolsable?
No.
¿Puedo inscribirme si aún no he terminado el bachillerato?
Sí podrá hacerlo, pero deberá graduarse antes de iniciar clases.
¿Puedo inscribirme si aún no he definido mi situación militar?
Si puede inscribirse, y si es llamado a prestar el servicio militar, tendrá que radicar la solicitud de reserva de cupo en la Oficina de Admisiones.
¿Cuáles son las fechas para realizar un proceso de transferencia externa o interna?
Los casos de transferencia serán estudiados en cada uno de los procesos de admisión. Adicionalmente, se informa que la Facultades sobre dicho proceso.
¿Puedo solicitar crédito para pagar el valor de la matrícula?
Sí. Puede encontrar en la página web del instituto las alternativas para solicitar crédito educativo.
¿Puedo cursar dos programas de manera simultánea?
Si, solo debe cumplir con el promedio para realizar la simultaneidad.
